Police are investigating a break-in at the offices of a Republican senator, which in a threatening note was left, adding to the growing concern that liberalism is growing increasingly violent.
Las Vegas police confirm that early Saturday morning an unknown person or persons broke into the local office of U.S. Senator Dean Heller, a Nevada Republican. A note was left at the scene which made threats to the senator.
Police would not elaborate on what the note said, citing the ongoing investigation. Heller is seen as a likely “no” vote on the Republican health care bill.
According to a database maintained by American Liberty PAC, this is the 33rd threat, assault or shooting of a Republican lawmaker since March 20. The previous 32 attacks were all carried out by liberal domestic terrorists angry over GOP-led changes to Obamacare.
