ALPAC National Concealed Carry Petition

WHEREAS the Constitution of the United States prohibits government from taking any action infringing upon the God-given right to keep and bear arms and

WHEREAS the Constitution’s “full faith and credit” clause further requires that states recognize permits and licenses issued by other states and

WHEREAS prodded on by Pelosi and others, Soros-backed left-wing prosecutors hunt down and jail lawful gun owners if they cross a state line with a handgun they can legally carry concealed in their state and

WHEREAS National Concealed Carry Reciprocity enforces the Constitution by making states recognize the concealed carry permits of those traveling from other states and

WHEREAS this would stop Pelosi and liberals from arresting people with legally-issued permits for traveling through an anti-gun state and

WHEREAS as part of her plan to stop National Concealed Carry Reciprocity, Nancy Pelosi is telling the media and Congress that concealed carry permit holders are “violent criminals,” “stalkers” and “abusers” — justifying their arrest for crossing state lines, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED that I, a supporter of American Liberty PAC, direct you to co-sponsor and vote for a National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, and block any and all efforts by Pelosi to thwart its passage.
