They Wrote the Indictment Themselves

The White House dropped a ten-count list this week. Not a vibe. Not a speech. A voting record. Ten times the other party put the faction ahead of the country. You can argue tone. You cannot argue the roll calls.

Here is the list. Replicated. Checked. No poetry required.

  1. They Will Not Condemn Socialism

On September 1, 192 House Democrats voted against a resolution denouncing socialism in all its forms. It passed 220-192. Eight Democrats crossed. In November 2025, nearly 100 House Democrats refused a similar condemnation.

That is not a branding dispute. Socialism has a body count measured in tens of millions. The party that will not say the word out loud on the floor is the party that just nominated people who say it with a straight face in New York, Michigan, and half the primaries that matter. Open borders, cop-free cities, benefits for people who broke in, and ballots for people who are not citizens are not a smear. They are the platform the holdouts refused to disown.

  1. Every Democrat Voted Against the Working-Family Tax Cut

Every Democrat in both chambers voted against the 2025 tax package. The Senate needed the vice president to break the tie. The bill is the one with no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security, investment accounts for children, and an expanded child care credit aimed at 40 million families.

You can quibble about whether it was the biggest cut as a share of the economy since Reagan. Fine. Argue the decimal. What you cannot argue is the vote. The entire caucus lined up against putting more take-home pay in the pocket of the guy who works late and the waitress who lives on tips. Then they spent a year promising to repeal it.

  1. They Voted Against Naming Iran What It Is

Fifty-three House Democrats voted against a resolution declaring the Islamic Republic of Iran a state sponsor of terrorism. It passed 372-53. The designation was already policy. The vote was a chance to say the regime that chants Death to America is exactly what it has been for 47 years.

They took a pass. Some of them said they feared it would give the White House “pretext.” The regime closed a shipping lane, buried its nuclear work, and spent half a century exporting corpses. Naming that is not pretext. It is the minimum.

  1. They Voted Against Banning Congressional Insider Trading

The House passed a ban on members trading individual stocks 232-198. Nearly 200 Democrats voted no. Senate Democrats objected. The bill was not perfect. It did not force a fire sale of every existing holding. It did stop new purchases by people who write the laws the market moves on.

The caucus that spends its afternoons lecturing corporate America about greed could not vote to stop its own members from trading on what they hear in classified briefings. If you need a picture of who this party works for, start there.

  1. They Voted Against Posting Hospital Prices

Committee Democrats voted as a bloc against a bill requiring hospitals to post cash prices where patients can see them. Price tags. On the wall. The thing every other business in America already does.

Health care is the bill that bankrupts normal people. The party that talks about affordability until the cameras leave voted against making the price visible before the gurney starts moving. That is not a process objection. That is a business model.

  1. They Have Unanimously Blocked Voter ID

Senate Democrats have voted unanimously, more than once, against the SAVE America Act. Citizenship check to register. Photo ID to vote. The provisions the White House keeps putting on the floor.

A 2025 survey found 83 percent of voters support requiring photo ID to vote, including 71 percent of Democrats. The politicians do not. They call it suppression. The public calls it Tuesday. Unanimous opposition to a rule most of their own voters want is not democracy. It is a protection racket for a system that works better if you cannot tell who showed up.

  1. They Voted Against Keeping Men Out of Girls’ Sports

The House passed a bill to keep biological males out of women’s sports 218-206 in January 2025. Two Democrats voted yes. Senate Democrats filibustered the companion in March, 51-45.

This is not complicated. Boys and men have a physical advantage that does not care about your feelings. Girls lose medals, scholarships, and locker-room privacy so the caucus can keep a donor class happy. They dressed it up as “invasive scrutiny.” The invasion is the male body in the female race.

  1. They Voted to Keep Medicaid Paying for Sex Changes on Minors

On December 18, 2025, the House passed a bill blocking federal Medicaid money for transgender medical treatments on minors, 215-201. Two hundred and one Democrats voted no. Four crossed.

Taxpayers should not be billed to sterilize children. European health systems have already slammed the brakes on this experiment. American Democrats voted to keep the federal tap open. If you want a single vote that tells you whether a party still believes in protecting kids or managing a lobby, that is the vote.

  1. They Voted Against the Laken Riley Act

Nearly 200 Democrats voted against the bill named for a Georgia nursing student murdered by an illegal alien the last administration let walk. The law requires arrest, detention, and deportation of criminal illegal aliens. It is on the books because the president signed it anyway.

The same caucus has voted repeatedly against funding the agencies that do the job, and a chunk of it now says out loud that it wants those agencies abolished. That is not a border disagreement. That is a decision about whose daughter matters.

  1. They Forced Two Government Shutdowns

Democrat votes kept the government closed, more than once, in fights over free health care for illegal aliens and attempts to strip money from Homeland Security. Essential workers went unpaid. Airports seized up. The economy ate the bill.

Shutdowns are a tactic. The demand on the other side of the tactic was that American taxpayers underwrite people who are not supposed to be here, and that the agency that removes them starve. That is the agenda. The shutdowns were just the delivery method.

The Contrast Is the Point

This is not your grandparents’ party. The votes are the proof. They will not condemn the ideology that filled the graves. They will not cut the tax on work. They will not name the terror state. They will not stop trading. They will not post the hospital price. They will not require an ID. They will not protect girls. They will not keep federal money off children’s bodies. They will not detain the killer at the border. They will shut the government down to keep the benefits flowing the other direction.

Sixty days from a midterm, they wanted a messaging fight about tone. They got a list. The list is their voting record. Replicate it anywhere you want. It does not improve with distance.
