President Trump just sailed through another rigorous physical and cognitive evaluation with flying colors. Walter Reed doctors gave him the all-clear, and he came out declaring everything checked out perfectly. Any normal person would call that good news for the country. But the same leftwing media machine and their roster of bought-and-paid-for medical consultants who spent years insisting a clearly declining Joe Biden was sharp as a tack are now inventing wild theories about Trump’s mental state. This isn’t journalism or medicine. It’s pure political warfare from people who lost the election and can’t accept it.

The Biden Cover-Up: “Sharp as Ever” Until the Debate Exposed the Lie

For years, the media and their pet experts bent over backward to gaslight America about Biden. They called him “fit,” “energetic,” and “on top of his game” even as he shuffled, mumbled, froze mid-sentence, and needed handlers to guide him off stage. Special counsel Robert Hur’s report described a man who couldn’t remember basic facts about his own life, yet the press corps spent more time attacking the messenger than facing reality.

When Biden’s disastrous debate performance finally made the denial impossible, the same voices who had sworn he was fine suddenly acted shocked. They had spent the entire time dismissing legitimate concerns as “cheap fakes” or right-wing conspiracy theories. Doctors who never examined Biden went on television to assure the public he was mentally sound. The hypocrisy was nauseating then, and it’s even worse now that they’re flipping the script on Trump.

Trump’s recent exam, including cognitive testing where he reportedly aced the Montreal Cognitive Assessment again, should have ended the conversation. Instead, the left launched into overdrive. Groups of so-called medical experts—many with clear partisan ties—issued statements diagnosing “rapid cognitive decline” and “dangerous instability” based on public appearances, speech patterns, and their own political hatred. They never examined him. They never reviewed his actual medical records. They just watched cable news clips and decided the man running the country is unfit.

This armchair psychiatry isn’t new. The same crowd tried it during Trump’s first term with the infamous Goldwater Rule violations and books full of speculation. Now they’re back with fresh claims of dementia, strokes, and whatever else fits the narrative. Meanwhile, Trump maintains a brutal schedule, makes unscripted remarks for hours, negotiates deals, and drives policy at a pace that exhausts much younger people. The double standard couldn’t be more obvious.

Why the Sudden “Concern” From the Same Crowd That Protected Biden

The left never cared about presidential fitness when it was their guy stumbling through events. They weaponized every institution against Trump for years, and now they’re using health speculation as the latest tool in the resistance. It’s projection mixed with desperation. They can’t beat him at the ballot box, so they try to delegitimize him in office.

This long-distance diagnosis game damages trust in real medicine and honest reporting. Actual doctors who examined Trump gave him a clean report. The political operatives in white coats who never got near him suddenly have urgent warnings. The pattern is clear: rules for thee, but not for me. When Biden was obviously struggling, silence and cover-ups. When Trump posts strong results, panic and invented crises.

Americans saw through the Biden charade and rejected it decisively in 2024. They won’t fall for the same tired tricks against the president delivering results on borders, economy, and peace through strength. The media and their consultant class can keep clutching pearls and inventing decline narratives. The voters who matter already rendered their verdict—and they’re seeing a fighter in the White House, not the feeble puppet show the left tried to sell them before. The hypocrisy is just another reminder of why America First rejected their entire rotten establishment.
