Far left climate protesters have recently taken to gluing themselves to things to try to make their point.
They’ve done it all over the place including gluing themselves to pieces of art in museums, to buildings and even to road surfaces.
In every case, authorities work hard to remove them.

Seems to me that if some jerk decides to glue him — or her — self to something we should just put caution cones around them and leave them there.
In the case of a museum or public building, maybe put some plastic under them so they don’t mess things up too badly.
Outside, just leave them there and forbid anyone from interacting with them. No food. No water. No potty breaks. Just leave them glued to whatever they thought was a good place to protest and let them work out a way to unglue themselves.
And then stand by to arrest them once they manage to free themselves.
Why, oh why, do we pander to their nonsense and spend money and time dealing with their infantile antics?
