The radiologist initially flagged it as possible non-small cell carcinoma. Top specialists were brought in. They concluded the lesion looked more inflammatory or benign than cancerous. The one definite finding was a pulmonary infarct in the lowest segment of the right lung. Doctors ordered immediate anticoagulation with Eliquis and a follow-up scan in three months.
That is not a heart attack. It is lung tissue death caused by interrupted blood flow, most often from a pulmonary embolism – a blood clot that travels to the lungs. Fauci recorded the episode in his diary. He did not announce it.

No specific prediction named Fauci or this exact event before the rollout. That is the part that stings. The man who spent 2021 dismissing concerns about rare adverse events experienced one of the rarer vascular findings himself and kept it off the public record.
What the Record Actually Shows
The diary confirms the infarct occurred. The six-month gap is real. The lack of public disclosure is real. The claim that this exact event was forecast for Fauci before the vaccines rolled out is not supported. The claim that pulmonary infarction is a standard, expected side effect of the Moderna shot is also not supported by the official labeling or CDC lists.
