Joe is obviously sick – but be careful what you wish for with the 25th Amendment. A play by play.

The special counsel in the Biden classified document case says that Biden has “significant memory issues”. This is important.

“In his interview with our office, he did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’).”

He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died,” the report adds.

The classified documents case

Rightly, Special Counsel Robert Hur has concluded President Joe Biden “willfully” disclosed classified documents as a private citizen.

Wrongly, he is not recommending charges against he president.

Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” Hur wrote in his report.

The report is the result of a year-long investigation following the discovery of classified documents in various locations owned by Biden including his garage in Delaware.

“Photographs included in the report showed some of the classified Afghanistan documents stored in a worn cardboard box stored in his garage, apparently in a loose collection with other household items, including a ladder and a wicker basket,” AP added:

“As part of the probe, investigators reviewed a recording of a February 2017 conversation between Biden and his ghostwriter in which, referring to [a] 2009 memo to Obama, Biden said that he had ‘just found all the classified stuff downstairs.’ Biden was renting a home in Virginia at the time and consolidated his belongings in Delaware when he moved out in 2019. Prosecutors believe that Biden’s comment was a reference to the same classified records that FBI agents later found in his Delaware home.”

Hur said part of the reason he is not recommending charges is that when Biden was vice president and when the documents were found he “had the authority to keep classified documents at his home.” He also pointed to the president’s “limited memory.”

“Given Mr. Biden’s limited precision and recall during his interviews with his ghostwriter and with our office, jurors may hesitate to place too much evidentiary weight on a single eight-word utterance to his ghostwriter about finding classified documents in Virginia, in the absence of other, more direct evidence.”

AN ASIDE: So let’s get this straight. Same crime, yet Trump gets the book thrown at him and Biden gets a pass for having memory issues. The same man the Democrats assure us is fit to handle four more years.

Back to business: What happens if the 25th Amendment is invoked?

If Biden won’t step down – and let’s face it Jill will be dragged kicking and screaming from the White House – it is time for the 25th amendment to be activated.

The 25th Amendment deals with presidential (and vice presidential) succession and disability. It was passed by Congress in July 1965 after considerable public debate and consideration in the House and Senate. Sections 3 and 4 deal with situations where a President may suffer an “inability” or “disability.”

Importantly, the 25th Amendment’s Section 3 allows the President to tell Congress that the Vice President can act as President until he or she is able to resume work.

As most of us assume, like Vladimir Putin, that the White House is run by the Deep State and the New World Order through Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett, the possibility of the inane and vacuous Kamala Harris taking over the Presidency probably means little change in day-to-day running. They will continue to control our descent into chaos from behind the scenes. But the public face of America will go from pathetic to ridiculous. The ‘word salad’ champ would be a hideous figurehead for the USA. And if she’s the new president, she’ll expect to run in November.

Quite the conundrum for the Democrats and the New World Order.
