This is getting nuts.
Federal District Court judges have been a problem since President Trump was sworn in on January 20. Biden and Obama appointees seem to think that they are really in charge and can make up the rules for the rest of us.
Instead of ruling on the matter in front of them, they issue broad orders covering the entire country.
Not too long ago when a decision was made by a Circuit Court covering a portion of the country (their circuit designation) it was only valid in their circuit. These little District Court dictators are promulgating decisions for the entire nation.
How did this happen?
But this new one is really pushing the limits.
District Court judge Jennifer Thurston has decided that the Border Patrol cannot arrest illegal aliens without a warrant.

Not to put too fine a point on it, isn’t that really their job?
We all remember the recent past when Border Patrol and ICE officers roamed the nation, capturing and repatriating illegal aliens.
Border Czar Tom Homan believes there are at least 20 million illegal aliens in America now. Are we supposed to get warrants before arresting and deporting each one?
We’re gonna need a whole lot more judges.
