Matt Taibbi is not one of those Fox News/Daily Wire/Town Hall/Breitbart kind of journalists.
In fact, he’s generally known as a liberal. That’s why he was ideal as the guy who got the first look at the Musk-released so-called “Twitter Files.”
What he claims to be — and is generally accepted as true — is a real journalist.
He digs out facts, checks his sources, and writes the story. No narrative necessary.
But the Biden Administration hates that. He’s not a tame, leftist journo who toes the company line.
