Fourth Amendment be damned!

Silly me, I thought the government needed a search warrant to start snooping in my private stuff.

Even that corrupt/sham FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court at least pretends to have probable cause before issuing a warrant to shine a spotlight on your life.

But that legalese nonsense just gets in the way for the Biden Administration.

They don’t think they need to have anything as outdated as probable cause.

Despite what the Fourth Amendment says:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”These folks just don’t care.

And they don’t need to.  Their cronies in the big banks hand over our info without even being asked.  How’s that for privacy?

There was a big flap a few months ago when the credit card companies proposed a separate code process for firearm and ammunition purchases.  That was mostly withdrawn after we all put up a stink.

But it looks like that banks themselves took it over and are handing your information over if it rings certain bells.

Land of the free?  Not so much under the Biden Administration.
